This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. It includes structural failures, weld defects, and finish degradation beyond normal wear.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, extreme weather events, or failure to follow provided maintenance guidelines.
To make a warranty claim, simply contact us via WhatsApp with your project details. We will arrange an inspection within 5 working days and, if the claim is valid, complete repairs at no additional cost.
This warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners within the warranty period, adding value to your property investment.
